Ground-up Residence Hall serving as the new Home to Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program integrating 179 residential units, two classrooms, and communal spaces into a unified academic environment. The project incorporates one of the earliest large-scale double-skin curtainwall systems implemented in the United States, featuring a 37-foot-high ventilated façade assembly. LEED Platinum certified, the building advances high-performance envelope design within a collegiate campus context.
