Adaptive reuse of a historic structure within the Mount Vernon Historic District into a 116-key boutique hotel. The project navigated federal and state historic tax credit requirements through the National Park Service / SHPO review process, ensuring sensitive treatment of character-defining features while accommodating contemporary hospitality programming. Renovation balanced preservation mandates with guest experience, transforming a landmark into a modern operational asset.
